1. Worker: iPRO Account Status
A Worker's iPRO account status can be seen in the Invite status column. The status indicates whether an invitation to join iPRO has been sent to the worker, and if the invitation has been actioned by the worker.
INVITE STATUS | DEFINITION | REQUIREMENT |
Initial | Worker account has been created. An invitation to join iPRO has not been sent to the worker. |
If the client requires the worker to check-in onsite using the iPRO Access app, click the worker to be re-directed to the worker's compliance summary, and send the invitation via Actions (3) > Invite to iPRO Access button, located on the worker page. |
Invited | Worker account has been created. An invitation to join iPRO has been sent to the worker's registered email address with a link to activate their worker account by setting a password, however, the worker is yet to set a password. |
If the client requires the worker to check-in onsite using the iPRO Access app, click the worker to be re-directed to the worker's compliance summary, and then resend the invitation to the worker via Actions (3) > Invite to iPRO Access button, located on the worker page. |
Active | Worker account has been created. Worker has accepted the invitation and has set a password to activate their account. |
Click on the worker to view their Overall Compliance status. You will be re-directed to the worker's compliance summary, displayed within the Clients tab. A 'non compliant' status indicates that an action is required (refer 2. Worker: Overall Compliance Status, below). |
Disabled | The worker's access to their iPRO account has been disabled by the Contractor or iPRO Administrator. |
To view Disabled workers, filter the worker list by using the criteria: Invite status is Disabled. |
2. Worker: Overall Compliance Status
A worker's Overall Compliance status is the resultant status derived from the respective Company status, Assessment status, Induction status, and Credential status.
OVERALL COMPLIANCE | DEFINITION | REQUIREMENT |
Compliant |
The worker and the company are compliant as all tasks have been completed. |
No action is required. |
Non compliant |
The worker is non-compliant until all tasks have been completed. The worker (or the company) may have one or more outstanding tasks requiring action. For the worker, this may be relating to the Induction, the Assessment, or the Credential. For the company, this may be relating to the Documents, the Assessment or Risks. |
View the corresponding Company Status, Assessment Status, Induction Status, and Credential Status columns to see where action is required. |
3. Worker: Compliance Status Overview
An overview of a worker's compliance status (displayed within the Clients tab) is available for each client connection. Click on the applicable row to display an overview.
