Worker's Invite Status vs Worker's Overall Compliance Status

Please refer to the table below, which outlines the differences between a worker's invite status and their overall compliance status.

INVITE STATUS OVERALL COMPLIANCE STATUS

Definition
:
Indicates whether the worker has been invited to activate their account and download the iPRO Access mobile app.

Definition
:
Indicates whether the company and/or worker has completed all compliance tasks required by the client. 

Status explanations:

  • Initial: Worker account has been created. 
    An invitation to join iPRO has not been sent to the worker.
  • Invited: Worker account has been created.
    An invitation to join iPRO was sent to the worker, but they have not yet activated their account.
  • ActiveWorker account has been created. 
    The worker has accepted the invitation to join iPRO and has activated their account.
  • Disabled: The worker’s access to their iPRO account has been disabled.

Status explanations:

  • Compliant: All tasks are complete.
  • Non compliant: Company and/or worker tasks remain outstanding.

Visibility:

Can be viewed on the Workers list and on the worker’s profile page.

Can be viewed via the worker’s Serviced locations and the Requirements page. 

Note: 
This is only relevant if you require that the workers check in onsite using the iPRO Access mobile app.
