How do I cancel the iPRO subscription?
To pause or cancel your subscription, remove the payment card from your account. In absence of the payment details, the auto-renewal will not be processed at the next billing date.
Your account status will change to Inactive upon failed subscription renewal.
When your account becomes inactive:
- the linked client(s) will be unable to view the compliance information of your company. This may result in clients limiting your ability to undertake work.
- your registered workers will receive an error upon attempting to check-in, preventing them from access to the client's site.
- documents pending verification and/or account profile changes will not be actioned by the iPRO Compliance Team.
