Managing Contractor Documents

This article provides guidance to a User on how to upload a document to their contractor account.

Quick Tips

  • Document requirements are triggered based on the responses in the Assessment
  • Documents must be uploaded in a PDF format. 
  • Standard processing time for document verification is 3 business days. The verification outcome will be emailed to the User/s who have their 'send notification' enabled.
  • A User with the role of Admin or Manager has access to upload a document.
  • The User/s who have their 'send notification' enabled will be sent a notification of upcoming expiry 7 days prior to the document expiring, and on expiry of the document.

Uploading a Document

Step 1: Click 'DOCUMENTS'

A list of documents will be displayed, along with their status, validity period and expiry date.
To understand the document status and period, refer: What does the Document status mean?


Step 2: Click on a 'Required' document

Step 3: 'Upload' file, add document details, and then 'Submit'

The document status will change to 'Pending verification'.


Replacing a Not Accepted Document

Step 1: Click 'DOCUMENTS'
Step 2: Click on a 'Not accepted' document


Step 3: 'Replace' file, update document details, and then 'Submit'

The document status will change to 'Pending verification'.


Removing a Document

Document requirements are triggered based on the responses in the Assessment.
To remove the document requirement, amend the respective assessment response and then 'Save'. 
Please note, this may flag a risk, subject to further review.

A document already uploaded will appear with a status of 'Submitted'. A document with this status will not impact the contractor's compliance.
