Disconnecting a Client

Quick Tips

  • We recommend disconnecting a client only if your services have been permanently terminated. If you have stopped servicing the client temporarily, we recommend staying connected with the client and stopping the auto renewal of your subscription. 
  • To reconnect with a disconnected client, please email iPRO's Customer Care Team on helpdesk@ipro.net.

Log in > MY NETWORK > MY CLIENTS > Click on the client > Disconnect   

Disconnecting a Client

  1. Click MY NETWORK > MY CLIENTS in the left hand side menu. A list of of your iPRO client/s will appear.

  2. Click on the client whom you want to disconnect.

  3. Click Disconnect. Select the reason for the disconnection when prompted, or select Other to enter another reason, and then Confirm.
    Note: To hide the reason for the disconnection from the client, select the check box when prompted.

Upon disconnection:

  • the client will lose access to your iPRO compliance information.
  • your registered workers will not be able to check-in at the client's site. They will receive an error upon check-in, preventing them from access to the site.
  • your client specific compliance requirements will be automatically and immediately cancelled. 
  • if there are other client connections, your membership tier will be automatically adjusted at the end of the current billing period to reflect the highest tier of your other connection/s.
  • your iPRO account can be marked for removal from iPRO upon your request. Please email your request to iPRO's Customer Care Team on helpdesk@ipro.net.
