Frasers Property Contractor Information

Frasers Property has engaged iPRO to manage their contractor compliance. iPRO's Contractor Management solution is by invitation only, requiring companies to have received an invitation from Frasers Property, for registration.

Why does Frasers Property require my company to obtain WHS pre-qualification?

To be eligible for work with Frasers Property, contracting companies are required to obtain WHS pre-qualification. This is to ensure contractors that Frasers Property engages, comply with relevant policies and legislative requirements.

How long does iPRO pre-qualification take?

Once the contracting company has supplied the required documentation, the iPRO team will assess it within 5 business days and the contractor company will be notified upon completion.

How much does it cost to pre-qualify with iPRO?

The iPRO pre-qualification fees vary depending on the requirements of your contractor company.

Who is responsible for paying the iPRO fee?

Contractors are responsible for paying the fee directly to iPRO, via credit card on the Payments page.

What happens if my organisation is pre-qualified in iPRO for lower risk work and we have been asked to engage in higher risk work?

Frasers Property will request an upgrade of your pre-qualification level through iPRO to ensure you are compliant with the requirements of higher risk work. This will incur an additional fee.

What happens if my company does not wish to pre-qualify?

If Frasers Property is unable to establish your company's WHS capabilities, it may exclude you from tendering for work opportunities.

How do I access iPRO?

The administrator of your company will receive an invitation to join iPRO via email with a link to register. Clicking on the link will prompt the administrator to create an account, complete a company profile and assessment, upload required documents, pay the membership fee, and submit the application for verification.

Do I need to register workers?

Once pre-qualification is obtained, the administrator can register the individual workers who will be attending the Frasers Property sites.  The worker will receive an invitation to join iPRO via email with a link to complete compliance requirements.  Clicking on the link will prompt the worker to create an account and complete a Frasers Property general induction.
