Deleting a Worker

Quick Tips

  • A worker account can only be disabled, it cannot be deleted.
  • Disabled workers will not appear in the worker list by default. To view the disabled workers on your account, filter the worker list by Invite status is Disabled.
  • Disabled workers will no longer be able to log in to their worker account.

Log in > MY TEAM > WORKERS > Worker Name > Actions (3) > Set to disabled

Deleting a Worker from your account

  1. Click MY TEAM in the left hand side menu.
  2. Select WORKERS - a list of the workers will be displayed. 

  3. Click on the worker who is required to be disabled. Use the search filters appearing at the top of the worker list to find a worker quickly.

  4. You will be re-directed to the worker's compliance summary, displayed within the Clients tab.

  5. Click on the Actions (3) button located in the top right corner of the worker's page, and then select the Set to disabled option from the available list of items.  When presented with the notification, click on the  Confirm button to successfully disable the worker.  The worker will no longer be able to log in and will be removed from the Workers list.



Viewing Disabled Workers

To view the disabled workers, filter the Workers list by: Invite status is Disabled.
Click on the disabled worker record to view the worker's information.
